Comark T Series
Use the T200 with a with a 1" dial and 5" stem or T220/38A
with 1.75" dial and 8" stem for checking milk temperatures in
latte, espresso and hot chocolate. The sturdy clip attaches securely to
cups and pitchers. The T220/38A and T550/38A can also be used for steam
table temperature measurements.

Digital Thermometers (All NSF Approved)
Why use a digital thermometer?
For faster and more accurate temperature measurements, the FDA Food Code
recommends using an electronic digital thermometer with either a thermocouple
or thermistor sensor rather than a bimetal thermometer. Digitals are less
likely to be out of calibration than bimetals. With their sensor located
right in the tip, you can accurately measure cooking temperatures in thin
pieces of fish and poultry as well as thicker items such as hamburger
patties.
Model KM12
Used to check dishwasher cycles, this model has a unique temperature
range and maximum hold feature. Ranges: -14 to 392 degrees F, -10 to 200
degrees C.
Model PDT 300
Water Resistant! The most popular pocket digital thermometer currently
available, it fits flat in your shirt pocket and stands up to constant
use in wet or humid conditions. Now C/F switchable and with a tapered
tip for faster response.
Ranges: -58 to 300 degrees F, -50 to 150 degrees C
Model 300NSF
Simple, compact styling and great price make the 300 an excellent value!
The 300 is not only easier to use than bi-metal dial thermometers, but
also has a low replacement cost if misplaced or lost. Ranges: -40 to 300
degrees F.
Model 314
Finally an affordable waterproof pocket digital! New, thinner 5”
stem makes the 314 the quickest responding pocket digital. Ranges: -58
to 300 degrees F, -50 to 150 degrees C.

Refrigerator/ Freezer Thermometers
Model RFT2A (NSF Approved)
- Hangs or stands, with easy-to-read bold numbers
- Blue and green zones indicate safe temperatures; red
zone indicates possible spoilage
- Ranges: -20 to 80 degrees F, -40 to 27 degrees C.
Model FG80AK (NSF Approved)
This thermometer hangs or stands, has easy-to-read bold numbers, and
a dual scale. Ranges: -40 to 80 degrees F, -40 to 27 degrees C

Oven Thermometers
NSF-approved thermometers hang or stand, with temperature ranges from
200 to 550 degrees F (DOT2A) or 150 to 550 degrees F (DOT2).

Meat Thermometers
Model MT200K
This dishwasher safe thermometer has an adjustable temperature indicator
and dual range readings. Ranges: 120 to 200 degrees F, 60 to 85 degrees
C

Timers
Cooking Thermometer Timer with Alarm: Model HLA1
Monitor food cooking in the oven with the HLA1. An alarm sounds when
food reaches desired temperature. Alarm can be set for temperature and/or
time. Switchable C/F. Comes with an adjustable stand or magnetic backing
and also includes a heat resistant 6" stainless steel probe with
34" wire cable and AAA battery. Ranges: 32 to 392 degrees F
Digital Timer with Clock: Model UTL882
The UTL882 with magnet, pocket clip and stand has a count-down capacity
of 24 hours. The “Memory” timer allows you to store a preset
time. Count-up in one second resolution up to 24 hours. Battery included
(AB13). All three functions, clock, timer and count-down, can operate
simultaneously.

Infrared Thermometers
Model 461
