Biro

Bandsaw Blades

Atlanta Sharptech offers a wide variety of blades with an unmatched history of meeting the rigorous, high volume demands of butchers, supermarkets, meat packers, processors, locker plants, kill floors and primary processors. Their positive hook angle and heavier toothset translate into aggressive cutting and a longer life.

Features:

• Fatigue-resistant, correctly-dimensioned, polished steel
• Teeth are electronically hardened for consistency and endurance

• Welds are so uniform in strength that they are unconditionally guaranteed

Large volume/heavy-duty blades in a wide variety of sizes are carried in stock. Other types of blades, available upon request, include: general all purpose, slicing (scallop), portion control, high-speed frozen fish, and carcass splitter/breaking and quartering.

Double-Cut Throwaway Grinding System

This plate and knife system has been proven by years of satisfied customer use, with a self-sharpening system that is easily the most advanced in the industry.

• Thinner plate design, which produces cooler cutting with less spoilage
• Superb sharpness, resulting in knives that "cut" rather than "mush"
• Added strength over insert-type knives
• Permit easy, thorough cleaning
• Solid quality inhibits bacteria formation and promotes a more sanitary operation

The Double-Cut system consists of one reversible grinder plate packaged with two perfectly matched knives, which have been colour-coded for proper mating of the cutting surfaces.

How It Works:

By placing meats in a vacuum and drawing a vacuum, you are opening the pores of the meat (simply put) and allowing the marinade to penetrate right into the product, rather than just coating the surface. This makes for a tastier, moister, more tender product.
